The Acting Local Auditor during the year examined the Revenue Accounts at Wei Hai Wei,

and visits of inspection were paid to the Postal Agencies at Canton and Shanghai.

OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS.

6. The points referred to as outstanding

in the Report on the Account for 1902 have with one exceptiun, heen satisfactorily dealt with.

Certain questions in connection with the 1903 Account are awaiting settlement.
